Kebrina Chapman, Owner
Kebrina Chapman has been in education for 14 years. She graduated in 2011 with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education, with ESOL endorsement. She is a Florida Certified Teacher certified PK-6. After spending10 years in the classrooms of Clay County and Duval County, Florida, she began homeschooling her own children in August 2022. From here she opened Chapman Education Services and began tutoring students out of her home. She also trained to become a Special Education Advocate in 2023.
Kebrina feels that all children can learn and have their own unique way of learning. They are not a one size fits all. We meet all students where they are working with them to help them thrive and succeed.
Lauren Delgado, K-3 Teacher
Ms. Lauren joined Chapman Education services in January 2025. She graduated from the University of Texas in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Her certification includes ESL, Gifted and Talented, an Special Education. She brings over 8 years of experience teaching in the public school system and has been dedicated to homeschooling since 2023. She is passionate about creating a supportive, engaging learning environment, and loos forward to partnering with your family to help your child thrive academically and personally.
Hillary Brown, Middle/High Teacher
Mrs. Hillary joined Chapman Education Services in 2024 after many years teaching in both public and private school settings. She primarily provides tutoring and teaching services for Chapman’s high school-aged students. She holds certifications for teaching ESE (K-12), English (6-12), Pre-K/Primary and ESOL.
Previously, Hillary served as part of the ESE faculty at Bradford County Middle School and taught English/Language Arts at Bradford County High School. She has also taught high school English and ESE at SIATech/SALTech High School at both the Jacksonville and Gainesville campuses.
A Jacksonville native, Hillary earned an elementary education degree from the University of North Florida and graduated from University Christian High School.
Hillary enjoys bike riding, writing Christian music and poetry, and dance. She and her husband Mark live in Middleburg, where they attend First Baptist Church.
