Kebrina Chapman, Founder & Director
Kebrina Chapman is the founder and director of Chapman Education Services and has more than 15 years of experience in education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education in 2011 with an ESOL endorsement and is a Florida Certified Teacher with certification in Pre-K through 6th grade.
Before founding Chapman Education Services, Kebrina spent 10 years teaching in public school classrooms throughout Clay and Duval Counties. In 2022, her journey in education took a new direction when she began homeschooling her own children. That experience strengthened her belief that education should be flexible, individualized, and responsive to the needs of each student.
What began as tutoring students from her home has since grown into Chapman Education Services, where Kebrina works alongside a team of educators to provide students and families with supportive, individualized educational opportunities. In 2023, she also completed training as a Special Education Advocate, allowing her to further support families as they navigate their children’s educational needs and services.
Kebrina believes that every child can learn, but not every child learns in the same way. Children are not one-size-fits-all, and their education shouldn’t be either. This belief is at the heart of Chapman Education Services and its commitment to meeting students where they are—recognizing their individual strengths and needs while providing the support, encouragement, and instruction they need to grow.
Her goal is to create an educational environment where students feel understood, supported, and capable of success—both academically and personally.
Lauren Delgado, K-3 Teacher
Ms. Lauren joined Chapman Education services in January 2025. She graduated from the University of Texas in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Her certification includes ESL, Gifted and Talented, an Special Education. She brings over 9 years of experience teaching in the public school system and has been dedicated to homeschooling since 2023. She is passionate about creating a supportive, engaging learning environment, and looks forward to partnering with your family to help your child thrive academically and personally.
Baleigh Marquez, Middle School
Ms. Baleigh joined Chapman Education Services in August 2026. She graduated from the University of North Florida in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and continued her education by earning a Master’s degree in Reading and Advanced Literacy in 2024. She also holds certifications and endorsements in ESOL, Exceptional Student Education (ESE), and Reading.
Ms. Baleigh brings more than six years of experience teaching in the public school system. She is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel encouraged, confident, and excited to learn.
She looks forward to partnering with families and helping each child grow and thrive both academically and personally.
